The Southeast Los Angeles County Workforce Development Board (SELACO WDB), is a private, non-profit agency formed by a public joint powers authority consisting of the cities of Artesia, Bellflower, Cerritos, Downey, Hawaiian Gardens, Lakewood, Norwalk, and Paramount.
